Open CD’s can not be returned unless the CD does not work. We will only replace broken or non-working CD’s within two weeks of purchase. You will need to package the CD and return the CD for replacement.
Open Meditation bottles cannot be returned unless the bottle is broken. We will only replace broken bottles within two days of purchase. In order to receive a replacement bottle, you must email us a picture and date of delivery to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will ship out a new bottle, without the meditations. You can keep the meditations from the original shipment.
Each bottle should have 12 meditations including the code to download the mantras. Please inform us within 2 days of purchase if there is a missing meditation, please email us at email@example.com.
You have 7 days to inform us if the mantra download code is not working. You can inform us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Open Head Coverings cannot be returned unless the covering is torn or stained. We will only replace head coverings within two days of purchase. In order to receive a replacement, you must email us a picture and date of delivery to email@example.com and we will ship you a new head cover.
