Meditation Instruction

Posture

Sit on the floor or a chair.
Spine straight.
(This allows the energy to flow up the spine and center the self)

Eyes

Eyes closed, focused on your
brow point.
(between the eyebrows and up one inch, this activates intuition)

Mudra

Bring elbows by your side, extend your forearm parallel to the ground with hands in gyan mudra (thumb and index finger
touching, while other fingers
extended out) –
keep shoulders relaxed.

Chanting

[tools to bring the mind into focus and connect the subconscious and conscious mind which brings change]

WHA-HAY (indescribable)
GURU (process of transformation)
This mantra holds the three qualities of change (idea, action and completion) and can bring you through any block
