Meditation
Instructions.

Posture

Sitting on the floor or a chair with the spine straight.

Eyes

Eyes are closed and focused onyour brow point. (between theeyebrows and up one inch, this activates your intuition) 

Mudra

SAT your hands are at prayer pose, KARTAAR your hands move forward (keeping your hands together until your arms are extended and then pull them apart) and out to the sides with hands up and arms straight
MANTRASAT (truth) KARTAAR (is the doer)

To End

Inhale deeply, hold your breath and relax. 

Time

3, 7, 11 and 22 min.(daily practice for full effect)
