Meditation to Release Cold Depression
Cold Depression is when you can feel off and just can not get back into your grove of happiness. You can function in most of your life but you feel off balance. This meditation releases the gray cloud which surrounds you.
Sitting on the floor or a chair with the spine straight
Eyes are focused on the tip of the nose.
Interlace your fingers firmly in venus lock (like praying) at the chest - Heart center . Keep the index fingers straight up. Thumbs are crossed.
Wahe Guru Wahe Jio (Indescribable Truth, Indescribable Respect plus sweetness; Kindness) Chant from your navel point, create a mental focus in your
Wha focus at the navel point;
Hey focus at the chest;
Guru or Jio focus at the lips.
Inhale and hold your breath. Listen to the sound of the mantra. Exhale. Inhale, hold your breath and release all the cold depression to God, to the universe. Exhale. Inhale, hold your breath and feel the preciousness of life. Let it go through your exhalation. Completely relax.
