Meditation Instructions

Posture

Sitting on the floor or chair. Spine straight.

Eyes

Eyes are slightly open. Focused on the tip of the nose (this stimulates the frontal lobe, which controls the personality and shifts you to your authentic self).

Mudra

Maha Gyan Mudra (touch your index (Jupiter) fingers together at the heart center. Create a 45 degree angle. Left hand faces towards the body, right hand faces away from the body. Other fingers are curled in, with thumbs on top. Shoulders are relaxed.

Mantra

Kundalini Shakti Mantra
(tools to bring the mind into focus and connect the subconscious and conscious mind which brings change) AAD SUCH (True in the beginning)

JUGAAD SUCH
(True throughout the ages.)

HAI BHEE SUCH
(True at this moment)

NAANAK HOSEE BHEE SUCH
(oh wise one, for ever true)
Chant with monotone like a monk. This mantra creates a connection to the authentic you (where your insides match your outside).

To End

Inhale and hold the breath, then relax your posture. Sit with eyes closed for 2 minuets and notice the experience you created, experience you.
