I AM I AM Meditation
Sitting on the floor or a chair with the spine straight.
Eyes are 1/10th open and look straight through the eyelids.
(light affects the pineal gland which affects our hormones and emotions).
Right hand rests on your right knee with index and thumb tip touching, other fingers extended straight. Your left hand is facing your body at your heart center.
I AM I AM (Rest position for your left hand is 6” from the heart.)
First “ I AM” move in 4” towards the heart.
Second “ I AM” move away from the heart 12”.
Then come back to resting center before you start again.

Inhale deeply, hold your breath and relax.
3, 7, 11 and 22 min. (daily practice for full effect)
