Sitting on the floor or a chair with the spine straight


Eyes focused on the tip of the nose “Lotus Point” (stimulates the frontal lobe, which controls the personality and shifts you to your authentic self.)


Both hands are at shoulder level with palms facing forward.  Index finger is straight up, it will move with the chanting.  Hold your middle, ring and small finger down with your thumb.  When you chant “I” curl your index fingers down.  When you chant “am” point index finger up.  Same with “All” down and “is” up.  repeat.


Part 1
I AM, All IS (10 min) (move index finger)
Part 2:
I AM AKAL (1 min) (keep index finger straight)

To End

Inhale deeply and squeeze your entire body.  Cannon fire breath - exhale. Repeat 3 times total. Repeat I am, All is, I am Akal once and then relax.
