Heart Opener Meditation

This meditation helps to release depression and open the heart. It is also great for setting boundaries in your life, with friends, family and co-workers, because it cuts through the duality in our lives.

 

Meditation Instructions

Posture

Sitting on the floor or chair. Spine straight.

Eyes

Eyes are closed and focused onyour brow point. (between theeyebrows and up one inch, this activates your intuition).

Mudra

SAT your hands are at prayer pose, KARTAAR your hands move forward (keeping your hands together until your arms are extended and then pull them apart) and out to the sides with hands up and arms straight

Mantra

SAT (truth) 
KARTAAR (is the doer)

To End

Inhale deeply, hold your breath and relax.
