Positive Mind Meditation

 


This meditation opens the heart center and feelings of the positive (perspective) self. (then the mind can give you clear signals to protect and support you.)

Instruction

Posture

Sitting on the floor or a chair with the spine straight

Eyes

Gently roll the eyes up. Focus on the brow point (3rd eye)

Mudra

Extend your index and middle fingers up straight as you curl the ring and little finger into the palm. Place your thumb on top of the ring and little finger hold them down. Keep your elbows bent and at your side with the hands at shoulder level as your bring your hands forward at 30 degrees. Press your shoulders and elbows back. (this mudra is a symbol of blessing and prosperity. It opens the heart center and holds you in wisdom and knowledge)

Breath Pattern

Create a steady, deep, slow and complete breath through the nose.

Mental Focus

Hold your focus on the (silently) rhythmical pulse of the mantra SAA (infinity) TAA (life) NAA (death) MAA (rebirth) at the brow point. Hear the infinite sound current create a clear rhythm. (this mantra means “I meditate on Truth, Truth that I am” when we trust ourselves we feel more secure)

To End

Inhale and exhale deeply 3 times. Relax the breath. Now open and close the hands 3 times. Relax

Time

3, 7, 11, 22 min. daily practice for full effect.
