Sarab Gyan Kriya Meditation
Sitting on the floor or a chair with the spine straight
Eyes are closed and focused on your brow point (between the eyebrows and up one inch, this activates intuition)
Both hands in Gyan Mudra (this stimulates inner knowledge & wisdom). Elbows are relaxed at your side as you rest the RIGHT hand in the LEFT hand with index fingers and thumbs touching at the center like a star.

EK ONG KAAR, SAT GURPRASAAD, SAT GURPRASAAD, EK ONG KAAR (Gutkaa Shabad) “We are all one (connected) as we shift our negative thoughts from darkness to light with grace” Take breaths when you need to.
Inhale deeply, raise your arms up bringing your palms together as you tighten your whole body for the length of the breath, then powerfully exhale. (Repeat 3 times)
3, 7, 11, 22 min. daily practice for full effect.
