Instructions

Posture

Sitting on the floor or a chair. Spine straight

Eyes

Eyes are 9/10th open (allowing a little light in to stimulate the pineal gland)

Mudra

Right hand grasps LEFT thumb while closing LEFT fingers around Right hand. Rest this murda in your lap.

Mantra

(tools to bring the mind into focus and connect the subconscious and conscious mind which brings change)

EK ONG KAAR – WAHE GURU
(One creative energy, indescribable wisdom)
SAT KARTAR – WAHE GURU
(Truth is the doer, indescribable wisdom)
NIRANKAAR – WAHE GURU
(formless, indescribable wisdom)
NIRANKAAR – WAHE GURU
(formless, indescribable wisdom)

(This is a Chautay Padma Nirgun mantra, the two parts in each sentence is to create balance)

To End

Inhale deeply and hold the breath as you squeeze the spine from base to head. Exhale and release from the top of your head. (repeat 2 more times)

Time

3, 7, 11, 22 min. daily practice for full effect.
