Chant

Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo

Posture

Sitting on the floor or a chair with
the spine straight.

Eyes

Eyes are 1/10th open and focused on the tip of the nose.

Mudra

Place LEFT hand on your heart and RIGHT hand up by your shoulder like you are taking an oath. Fingers are spread and elbows are relaxed by your body.

Mantra 

Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo
I call upon the divine wisdoms within me

PART 1: Chant mantra

PART 2: Hold your posture and listen to the mantra as you breath long and deep

To End

Inhale deeply, hold your breath and squeeze your whole body as you put pressure on your heart center. Exhale. Repeat 3 times total.

3, 7, 11 and 22 min.
