Posture

Sitting on the floor or a chair with the spine straight.

Eyes

Eyes are closed.
(listen and focus on the mantra-this stimulates
the hyperthalmus gland)

Mudra

Rest your hands on your knees in Buddhi Mudra ”the seal of clarity” (thumb tip touches the tip of your small finger - with other fingers extended straight)

Mantra

SAA RAY SAA SAA, SAA RAY SAA SAA, SAA RAY SAA SAA, SAA RUNG HAR RAY HAR HAR, HAR RAY HAR HAR, HA RAY HAR HAR, HAR RUNG
SAA creates the vibration of the Infinite (God consciousness) and HAR is the creative force of the Infinite -everything. UNG means the complete totality as we tend to limit ourselves. Be completely still physically and mentally as you listen to the mantra. After a minute start chanting along. Feel each pulse of the mantra in every cell of your being. This mantra supports you to conquer the wisdom of the past, present and future.

To End

Inhale deeply, hold your breath and relax.
